OPENING AN ACCOUNT
In order to bet with Con via the telephone, you will first need to set up an account and deposit funds into it. Please click here to submit your details to open your account. For added security, you will be asked to nominate a password.
As per the Financial Transaction Reports Act 1988, you may be required to complete a 100-Point Check upon submitting your application.
SECURITY
For your security, please be aware that any bets you place with Con and the funds in your account are subject to a guarantee lodged by Con with the NSW Bookmakers’ Co-operative Limited, as per the rules of the NSW Thoroughbred Racing Board. All phone calls to the track are recorded by the NSW Office of Racing.
DEPOSIT
Once you have opened your account, you can deposit funds via the following methods:
- Bank Deposit – You can deposit at any Commonwealth Bank, or via your Internet banking:

Please ensure that you use your name as the reference and phone, fax or email to advise us of your deposit.
- Cheque – Post or courier cheque to Locked Bag 5001, Alexandria NSW 2015. Ensure that you supply your personal details. Please note cheques are subject to Bank clearance.
- Credit Card – Deposits can be made over the phone on the enquiry line. For your security you need to complete a Credit Card Authority Form which can be downloaded here.
- At the Track – Visit us on the stand at all Sydney metropolitan and provincial race meetings.
- Randwick Betting Auditorium – Open 7 days located at Randwick Racecourse.
- BPay – Please ensure that you phone, fax or email us, to advise us of your deposit. Deposits can take up to two working days to be credited to your betting account.
Note: Use your customer number (client number) as the BPAY reference number. Your customer number can be found on your statement, or you can call our Enquiry Line for assistance.
You should be able to make BPAY payments by using the "pay a bill" or "BPAY" option in your bank's telephone banking or internet banking. If you can't find a BPAY or "pay a bill" option in your bank's internet banking or telephone banking, please contact them directly for further assistance.
WITHDRAWING YOUR WINNINGS
When you wish to withdraw from your account call us on the Enquiry Line or you can email info@ckbookmaker.com and nominate one of the following methods:
- Bank Account – Please don't forget to advise your bank account BSB and number. A direct transfer of the funds will be placed in your account. Please allow 2 working days for this to appear.
- Cheque – Posted the next working day.
- At the Track – You will be required to produce identification and larger withdrawals will require notice.
PLACING BETS BY PHONE
To place bets, the on-course priority phone number is 1800 008 307. These phones are only operational during a race meeting and please note all conversations are recorded. Please note the minimum phone bet is $10.
